At ignite, we envision a world where youth are able to realise their full potential, explore possibilities and participate productively and purposefully in life. We believe that when people find a career path that matches their interests and abilities, they are likely to experience better job satisfaction and upward advancement. Our aim is to build personal agency among youth, enable them to make informed career choices and support them to be better prepared to pursue the career of their choice.

INFORMED CAREER CHOICES
While making a career choice, individuals are required to weigh the positives and negatives of each option, consider alternatives predict the outcome of each options and determine which is best Awareness of personal interests, strengths, skills is critical to decision making. A good career choice is based on the intersection of self awareness and opportunity awareness.
Making a career choice is not a one time activity. It is a continuous process of evaluating choices and charting one's career pathway. Our knowledge of self and the world evolves with time, our expectations and priorities may shift and ours skills improve with time. One's career is dependent on these factors and hence choices are bound to evolve with time.
